Best Candle Warmer Lamp

I used to love burning candles.

I have favorite scents that I buy and have burned throughout the house, especially when all the windows have been shut.

In the spring and summer months, I enjoy honeysuckle and lilac.

During the fall and winter months, there is nothing like mulled cider or mulberry scented candles creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Even though I do love candles, I do not love the black soot that goes along with burning them.

I found a product to replace the actual burning of the candle in order to have the great scent in my house without the oily residue on my walls, ceilings, and furniture.

I went crazy buying two for my house and then several more as gifts for family and friends.

When I love something, everyone else just has to try it, too. I was absolutely giddy, and they loved these lovely, little functional home décor items.

For less than $20 each, I had found a gift that pleased everyone.

With the top candle warmer, you do not have to worry about the black soot, and you can reap the benefits of your favorite aromatic candle within minutes of flipping the switch on the cord. The top candle warmer heats the candle from the top with its small 25 watts warming bulb.

I found that the 25 watt bulbs burn out quicker when I am using them for approximately a month. They are expensive, too, at approximately $8.00 each. I found that a 20 watt bulb lasts longer and is much cheaper, approximately $12.00 for a ten pack. Quite a difference in price for a longer lasting bulb that has the same warming function.

I have tried the candle warmers that heat from the bottom up, but the scent takes up to an hour or more (depending on the size of the candle) to start filtering through the air. Also, with the candle warmers that heat from the bottom up, I constantly forgot to turn them off. In my house, that is akin to leaving the curling iron on. When my husband walks through after I have gone somewhere and found I had left a candle warmer on, I received the “fire hazard” lecture.

With the candle warmer lamp, I am reminded to turn it off because it also serves as a small lamp. Seeing the soft glow of the lamp, reminds me to flip the switch on the cord if I am leaving or going to bed. No more “fire hazard” lectures. These little items may have saved my marriage.

The only drawback is that it is a round base for up to a large 22 ounce candle. Some decorative candles come in different jar shapes that will not work with this particular warming lamp.

Regardless of the minor drawbacks, I would recommend this product. It is perfect for personal use and it is definitely the perfect gift idea for any occasion.
